Cities, Centres of a Society

European cities reflect the economic and social way of living. They are an indication for the productive efficiency of a society. Building upon their cultural heritage attractive cities are a requirement for appropriate prosperity. Cities offer their inhabitants the requirements for life:

• An environment worth living and a clean climate
• Social and cultural values
• Roads and places that can be used for work, free time and communication
• A target-oriented infra structure

Innovative technologies and comprehensive knowledge for urban planning and edificial knowledge raise not only the quality of cities but also the competitiveness of the construction trade.

• Improvement of the health and the quality of life of citizens
• Improvement of competitiveness and productivity
• Constitution of new business and contract models
• Development of a cooperation between users and producers
• Improvement of safety inside cities and in traffic
• Reduction of resource and space demands
