Steering Committee

The steering committe leads the GCTP. It is taking care of all decisions, except they are reserved to the general assembly.

Its tasks are in particular:

• the appointment, the supervision and the dismissal of the management
• the admission and the exclusion of members
• the installation of working groups

Members of the Steering Committee

The steering committe consists of up to ten members. Members of the steering committe are in particular:

• representatives of economical central associations
• representatives of ministries
• representatives of authorities
• representatives from the research associations

The members of the steering committee are not bound to any instructions. Excepted are however the resolutions of the general assembly.

Appointment of the Steering Committee

The members of the steering committee are appointed by the general assembly  on indefinite time. They select among themselves one chairman and two deputies.
